GD folding belt filter is super separation equipment of solid and liquid that our developed basis on foreign advantage technology. It is a filter that can continuously filter, dewater, dry and discharge under the function of vacuum. 工作原理

GD 型過濾機(jī)系濾布行走式的固液分離設(shè)備。工作過程中，槽內(nèi)的物料在真空抽吸作用下，液體透過介質(zhì) ( 濾布 )，經(jīng)過吸液管進(jìn)入分配閥，再從分配閥的出液管進(jìn)入自動排放濾液缸 ( 或氣液分離器 ) 后排出，固形物留在濾布上形成濾餅。濾餅在行走濾布的帶動下經(jīng)卸料輥，自動卸下。濾布經(jīng)自動糾偏裝置進(jìn)入洗布箱，在高壓沖洗水下獲得再生，再經(jīng)張緊輥后返回到轉(zhuǎn)鼓表面，開始新的過濾循環(huán)。

Separation equipment of solid and liquid. During running, under the vacuum suction, the liquid of material in vat enter into distributing valve through pipettes after filter media, then from outlet pipe of distributing valve to discharge cylinder or gas-liquid separator and get out, the solids form filter cake on the filter cloth. 

Discharged by roll with running of filter cloth. Filter cloth enters into the cloth-wash box and regeneration after HP water flushing and back to drum surface from tension roll to begin new filtration cycle.
